Drinkies is Heineken’s curated platform for seamless beverage delivery and exclusive rewards. Designed for convenience and elevated experiences, it connects consumers, bars, and partners through one refined digital ecosystem

Workshops helped unify stakeholders, define key sprint outcomes, and prioritize what mattered to users and the business.

Our redesigned architecture allowed the app to support multi-party users, consumers, bars, and suppliers, at scale.

By validating features with real users, we reduced friction and gained executive buy-in for strategic product improvements.

Using tools like Hotjar, we identified UX bottlenecks and opportunities, fueling smarter design choices post-launch.

Driving Growth Through Engagement

In 2023 alone, Drinkies saw over 150,000 downloads and 680,000 user sessions. Loyalty and referral features achieved a 2.09% referral rate and 20.8% monthly conversion via Star Bar.

Boosting revenue & user engagement

Drinkies (Heineken) sought to increase revenue following the launch of a minimally viable product (MVP) that, while functional, faced challenges due to the presence of bugs.

Our strategic approach to meet users satisfaction and achieve conversion goal:

  • Suggest actionable solutions

  • Set small measurable & achievable goals for each specific phase of journey leading up to the ultimate goal

Through consistent user behavior analysis, testing and iterative improvements, we achieved positive outcomes:

Reduce app crash rate below 0.4%
